**Due to Covid-19, we're not accepting any exchanges or returns**
Milan Chantel offers exchanges and store credit ONLY.
NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS.
If you are not completely in love with your item(s) you can exchange them or receive store credit.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt at email@example.com and put EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT along with your order number in the subject line. If we receive your item(s) beyond the 7 days it will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all exchanges.
If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.
We quality control every single piece :)
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.

- we’ll ship the new item you purchased out as normal.
- You’ll receive a refund upon receipt of the shipped to the warehouse.
- The exchange is complete. Please be aware the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Once your return is received please allow up to 5 - 10 business days for your store credit to be issued. Store credit excludes the shipping fees incurred through purchase.
